James Griffths was born in Anglesey and has lived there all his life. He has been interested in drawing from a very early age, and began drawing ‘seriously’ when he was about 14. “Most of my skills, especially with digital programs, are self taught,” James admits. “I’m working as a freelance illustrator now, but hope to move into the comics field, eventually self publishing.” At the moment James works mostly for magazines, for whom he creates sport illustrations, and undertakes design work for several software companies.

NAKEDLUNCH “This was created for Tastes Like Chicken magazine (tlchicken.com). The only brief I was given was the title. My original idea was for the eaters to be naked, but after doing a few sketches, I flipped the idea.”
