Innovation Generation student recruitment campaign The University of Pretoria is South Africa's biggest and most prominent tertiary training and research university. As part of its 2002-2005 strategic management plan, it registered a trademark - Innovation Generation - to identify and market its world-class graduates, infrastructure and programmes. Bluprint Design was commissioned to develop an extensive branding campaign for this initiative, consists of an identity programme, advertising campaign and multiple ad hoc communication interventions. The attached sample - an advertisement aimed at recruiting top high school learners - illustrates the generic style and conceptual approach to the project. Bluprint design was established in 1990. The partners are Pieter Venter and Jacques Lange (Icograda Board member 2001-2003 and nominee for the president elect position for the 2003-2005 Icograda board). The company provides a diversity of services to its clients spanning from corporate identity programme management, employer branding to establishing strategic visual communication interventions for organisational management.
