Miguel Ortega出生于哥伦比亚 ，毕业于洛杉矶视觉艺术大学，目前工作和居住在美国加州，他有7年的广告策划设计和网页设计的经验，他参加过多部知名CG电影的制作如War of the Worlds、Fantastic Four、A Sound Of Thunder 、Fun with Dick and Jane 等。他现在是一所艺术大学里的讲师教电影的建模、贴图、渲染的课程。

Markus's wings were modeled and textured by me using Zbrush the topology was created and recreated various time to allow for the shrinking wing effect seen in the movie, the final topology was laid out by Cajun Hylton, The Model was then given to me to sculpt it to match the designs provided to us by Tatopolous Studios. Every shot in the film with the wings were in fact digital wings.
