      The Girado chair has an organic, sensuous appearance with a special three-dimensionally formed solid wood backrest that runs along the padded seat like a loop. The backrest consists of several solid wood pieces that have been steam bent, dovetailed and glued together before being milled in 3 D with modern 5-axis CNC technology and finely polished. It is available in the wood types alder, beech, core beech, maple, oak, cherry and walnut. Instead of a wooden backrest with a padded seat, the chair is also available in a completely padded version covered with fabric or leather. In addition to a version with a star base and a central column, Girado is also available as a cantilevered chair made of rectangular steel tube in a high-gloss or matt chrome finish.
